Returns
What can be returned:
Items can be returned if they are damaged or defective upon receipt of purchase. Items to be returned must be in like new condition, and must be returned in their original packaging.
What cannot be returned:
Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned.
Returns for exchange or store credit:
All returns are only for exchange or store credit. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Shipping charges for items returned:
All shipping charges for returned items must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
To return an item:
You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To obtain an RMA number, contact Customer Care and include the date of your purchase, the item you are returning, and the reason for the return.
Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return package. Send the package to:
